Printing Game Covers
In this post I’ll walk through my process for getting, printing, and installing covers for GBA (GB, and GBC are the same), and DS covers. They all use the DS case form factor, so they should all be the same.
- Navigate to The Cover Art Project and search for your game.
- Once you’ve found the cover you want, download it and open it in a program that can do exact dimensions when printing. I’m using photoshop.
- Note, when choosing the cover to download, it doesn’t particularly matter which one you pick, but you’ll probably want to use the same style for all your games for consistency.
- Dimensions for a DS case should be 5.56x10.86 in for a DS case, as long as your program can print that, you should have no issues printing that on legal paper, or if your printer does borderless at letter size, on letter paper.
- I’m using this glossy photo paper for my covers
